Within an hour-and-a-half of Baton Rouge, Jackson, New Orleans, Hattiesburg, and Alexandria, Pike County stands as a regional hub of medical and regional services for southwest Mississippi.

Interstate 55 connects Pike County with Interstate 12 forty miles to our south, Interstate 20 sixty miles north, and Interstate 59 sixty miles east. U.S. Highways 51 and 98, and State Highways 24, 44, 48, and 570 further serve as vital links to intra - and interstate commerce.
